The bed you were SUPPOSED to buy, used to look like this:
But with a little black paint and distressing, I turned it into this:
Just look at these details! It’s Gorgeous & Elegant. I loved how it turned out!
But when you ask me to hold it for 4 days and then “forget to call me to say you no longer want it”….. I feel like throwing a tantrum this:

I do not understand why some people cannot call & say they aren’t coming. Takes two seconds. In this case it worked out well! The bed looks great!!!
I’ve had no fewer than 3 CL flakeouts in the last couple of weeks and its really starting to perturb me as well. Boo!!!

People can be so disrespectful! It takes two seconds to send a text, phone or email – its just rude. But, the person that ends up with that beautiful bed is going to be happy he was a flake!
oh i a going to save this link and send it to every flaky craigslist “buyer” (more like window shopper) i have ever had!!! it drives me nuts and i feel like throwing a tantrum, too! glad to see i am not the only one!

1. That person doesn’t desreve the bed. You will sell it no problem.
2. Ava would love to sleep in that bed as her big girl princess bed.

I think you should haul it out to an area with lots of tall grass and trees, put a mattress on it and cover it up with some vintage type type quilts and have your family photos taken with it. 😉
Sorry about the CL buyer though. I’ve heard lots of people complaining about buyers on there lately (and just local ones).

I have a current CL slacker on my hands too. Apparently if you don’t know someone personally it gives you license to be rude. Grr!

I wanna have that bed. How much will it cost me to buy that? I have to save for that, I just bought this expensive three Wolf moon Tshirt for my kids.. Sigh.
Well, before I buy beds, I usually look at if there is any space for a laptop. It has been a necessity nowadays.. But I think the bed is just sufficient for me, my wife and our laptops.
The bed is Fantastic! Ava cracks me up and a big BOOOOO!!! to the flake. Painfully familiar with those.

V – I use Benjamin Moore’s “Metal and Wood Paint” in their premixed black!!!! And I did use a sprayer on this piece.
