Hey painting, decorating, diy’ing friends!!! I’ve gotten some questions about the “Navy Superhero Dresser” that I painted for my online B.Y.O.B(rush) party. A few of you just want to know the colors on this superhero dresser that I painted for my son.

I will admit….. the makeover was a good one!!!!!!
The following are my Heirloom Traditions affiliate links for the colors. Yes, I may get a small commission for the sale of these products and that small commission helps me to continue to produce projects to inspire you! But YOU get a coupon for 10% off so yahoo!!!!
Superhero Dresser products
- Naval colored chalklike paint
- Clear Wax
- 1Gel to adhere the superhero gift wrap to the drawers
- And a gel stain on the top.
- Tapered Oval Paint Brushes – these are my favorite with chalk paints
Of course, you can buy the video to watch me paint the entire superhero dresser and see exactly how to prep, apply and seal everything. Plus I give you tons of other tricks like how to paint the handles on the piece and do all of the distressing on the edges and how to decoupage furniture. That video is found HERE. But if you are already somewhat paint savvy, that short list will help you duplicate the look!
If you have a dresser with inset drawers….. a finish like this is perfect!
And if you have a superhero lover in your house, this one will get you major brownie points! Like major, major. An Avenger’s dresser = Mom of the Year in my boy’s eyes.
Happy painting,
Jen
Do you want to see more furniture before and afters? Check out this entryway dresser that I painted WHITE or this bold green dresser / buffet with more decoupaged drawers! Love them both! I also painted this desk navy to go in my son’s room a while back.
And if you are looking for more things to paint around the house, watch my free video with ten quick home updates you can do before dinner! Some of them are easy paint jobs!
