I finished a buffet this week to sell at The Red Apron sale this weekend. I used the color “Juneau Springs” from Benjamin Moore and really thought it would be a soft “robin’s egg blue”….
When I posted this pic on my Magic Brush Facebook page (please LIKE me!)…..I was still thinking “robin’s egg”.
But it’s really more of a turquoise…..
And with 2 coats of paint….it definitely intensified the blue-ness.
I don’t mind. I love the color.
(the before pic)
Anything is better than this.
Which reminds me…..someone commented on my MB FB page….(yes, please LIKE it)….
That “some things are not meant to be painted”.
I am totally unoffended.
But, I can’t think of one single thing that isn’t meant to be painted.
Can you??
LOL.
Linking to Power of Paint Party.
PS….the blue buffet is for sale at The Red Apron at 1090 H Highway, Liberty MO this Friday and Saturday for $350.

Not meant to be painted? I guess there must be SOMEthing in the world…{scratches head}. Not the worst negative comment one could receive (trust me)…glad you could laugh about it. 😉
I’m sure that there are some things in this world that aren’t meant to be painted. I haven’t found them yet – LOL! People look at me with the “you are going to paint that” look all the time. Oh well!
It definAtely was meant to be painted ! Love the color.
I’d paint my husband if he’d stand still long enough!
Oh so pretty!!! So glad you painted it. I’m putting it in the PoPP Spotlight this weekend. Thanks for linking up.
