I am…..

I am more interested in surfing blogs tonight than I am watching the Super Bowl. Is that un-American of me????

I would just rather spend my time looking at pretty rooms.

Check out one of my favorite powder bath and ceilings that we have faux finished recently. It’s got black. It’s got red. It’s got bronze. What’s not to love????

(It’s new construction…. so don’t be appalled by the dust on the sink.)

Let me know what you think of it. I don’t tattle. I won’t tell anyone you aren’t watching the game either.

Check out more paint ideas at this Power of Paint Party and Transformation Thursday!

I don’t blame you I’m surfing the net and stopping to watch the commercials. I have never cared much for football..so you aren’t alone!

More blog surfing than tv surfing for sure! It’s ok; at least the tv is on and they will get what they need for ratings….so there.
Oh, what a cool faux finish!

Wow, that wall color/texture is amazing! Very cool! And I skipped the first half of the Superbowl because of a migraine and decided to read blogs for the 2nd half. Enjoyed the Superbowl snacks that the hubby and kids had out, though! MIKI

Who Dat!?? No really just joking! I was not watching either though we were down at a friends house for watching. Did see part of half time and all I can say is who let the old guys out!? The past three have all had old guys up there. I guess since the JJ & JT fiasco they figure old guys are a safe bet.
Loving the new walls. Still have not braved the fireplace here yet.

The bathroom looks great…so rich. Did you use Palette Deco Bronze for the texture on the walls?

I love this room. My dining room is painted gold right now but I’d love to add a copper glaze to make it perfect. Beautiful job!

This is THE perfect finish for a powder room — just the right size to go over the top! The bronze looks magnificent and the ceiling — well quite frankly, it’s so very striking, I can’t tell where the wall ends and the ceiling begins. Marvelous talent!

Thanks for coming by my blog. I was just looking through yours to see all this painting you do. I love this color on the wall. Love the stenciled ceiling, too.
